I created my home page in TD Composer, and it looks great. The only issue I’m having is that while I’ve switched the Home page (and deleted the old one), the words “Tag Div Composer Draft” appears on the browser tabs and in the iPad URL field. I’m pretty sure this is probably messing up my SEO. Is there any way I can change the name? I tried once, and everything disappeared, but after some panic, it’s okay now.

So if I understand correctly, you build a new homepage with tagDiv Composer, after that you delete the old one and set the new one.

Also please make sure that your homepage have set a name, this is happening when your page do not have a title set; in order to add a name please go in Pages, look for the TagDiv Composer Draft- Draft-> https://www.screencast.com/t/ECL9BLGecu and click to edit it -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Uehu502CQBj -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6UCocSDuy -> and after change the name publish the page, also please check if the permalink is change -> https://www.screencast.com/t/niRPTRPX7b ; if the permalink is not change you can go in settings > permalinks and click on save.
