I am experiencing a serious issue on my home page.
Any configureation change I made to the features on my own does take effect.
Case1:
I change the top header color to white. The change did not take effect, But when I navigated out of the home page (www.warrimarket.com) before I saw the change. If you go back to home page again, the default color will reappear.
Case2: I permanently deleted two pages (also deleted them from the trash) called “car market with slug: inventory” and “Real Estate with slug: property-ads”. I further deleted it from menu under appearance.
Guess what? The same result. The two deleted menu pages are still showing on my main menu in the home page. But when you navigate out of the home page (www.warrimarket.com), I noticed that the page menu was no longer on the main menu. If you go back to home page again, the deleted menus will reappear.

Hello,
Please also test this on a wp default theme such as twentysixteen. It sounds like a caching issue. You probably have a very string cache or a cache plugin as well as a hosting side cache.

I have reported the issue to my hosting provider to check, This is their comment below:
We have no caching tolls on the server, I assure you. The issue is local and can be caused by one of the plugins or the theme. I recommend that you address the developer on the matter.
I also changed to the twenty sixteen theme, but no result.
I have deleted the WP CACHE PLUGIN, but no luck.
I need your assistance
Note: I have isolated a lot of things like:
1. Deleting the Newspaper theme, running only the twenty sixteen theme
2. Deleted a lot of plugins
3. Deleted all duplicated pix in my upload folder
But with no result. I still see Newspaper broken theme comes up on my home page, instead of the twenty sixteen theme.

Well if the problems are also present on the twentysixteen theme it means your issues are not theme related but wordpress related. Please make sure wordpress is intact and running properly before using our theme. I suggest reinstalling wordpress.

To add to this, I am also having this same exact issue. I contacted Hostgator and they assured me they have no server side caching. The issue for me is not isolated simply to the homepage but rather across the whole site. When I make a change, I have to manually ctrl+f5 to see the changes on each page. Clicking on a new menu item and then back will not load the changes.
This seems to be a template issue as I tested this by installing a new instance of WP and used default themes and did not encounter this issue. I am also running multiple sub-domains with no issues.
Please help.
Correction to the above, I have since solved the issue. I called hostgator again to speak with a different rep, they cleared the server side cache and it worked! Template is fine, I recommend to the original OP that he touch basis with his provider again.
