I’m trying to build a static stretched top photo with the title of my website with latest blog posts displayed underneath. Is this possible with the Coffee Blog theme?

Yes, you can achieve this with Newspaper theme, the Coffee Blog is just a demo -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-installing-demos/ for this you can use the tagDiv Composer edit the homepage and set the elements that you need -> https://i.imgur.com/PvfF1ZY.png
