1. That element is called Homepage post, and it comes from the plugin tagDiv Standard Pack, so if you want to use it you need to have that plugin activated -> https://i.imgur.com/RmMZ5e2.jpg

Hi I can alter the title but I want the right article to drop into the right category, if that makes sense.
For example the post with the category named Canada should be appear on the home page under the heading of Africa.
