"Homepage 3" from live demo

I like the Homepage 3 layout from the live demo. What settings do I have to set to give it this look?

Is scrolling image at the top set automatically by a featured image from a post or is it an image that I have to upload and them manually link to a specific post?

Go to add a new “page” and then select blank page from right side, as noted in theme docs, then you can choose from pre-built layouts to setup custom home page. Try it, it’s fun 🙂

It’s a little quirky, but the nice thing is you can experiment, hit preview, go “nah” than go back and try something else. Pretty cool.

I have my design the way I want, but what I see as a preview isn’t what is showing up live.

Also.. I cant gets my header ad or my side bar ad to show up.

Hi,

I thinks you haven’t set that page to be as homepage. Go to Settings -> Reading and set from there your homepage http://screencast.com/t/34xcNhI5F3QC
