Hi,
I’ve been trying this out for couple days but still couldn’t manage to fix it.
This is my current homepage blog layout using Element 4.
I would like to create bolder and thus makes it looks like this.
Could anybody please advise how to make this happen?

Hello,
I assume you want to create borders and have the layout have different colors, well our theme does not have any such option. It will have top be coded in if you really need this customization. We suggest hiring a freelancer to help out if you do not know the steps you need to take in this regard as this represents customization and it falls beyond what support can offer you.
