I want to customise my homepage with blocks but current homepage doesn’t have the edit page option should I create a new homepage? Tks

If you are logged in, normally the edit button has to be there, if you have not removed it from code that is.
You can however edit your page without the edit button if you access it from the pages section in the dashboard: http://screencast.com/t/CAgWQf2gCA and then simply click on the page you want to edit.

In the pages section in the dashboard there’s no page called homepage.I guess it’s because I never created one. Should I create one now or how else can I build the homepage blocsk.

You will have to look for it in the page section and it should be there. If it isn;t, please provide wp-admin again so we can take a look as the old one you provided does not work anymore. (contact@tagdiv.com)
