To check if you have a plugin conflict, you need to deactivate all extra plugins and leave only the ones from the theme active, then see if the issue persists. Also, please double the WP memory limit.

I show in via email with screenshot how you can set the page as homepage. There are 2 possibilities, the most simple one is to go to Cloud templates and click on the page from there to be assigned as frontpage – https://i.imgur.com/1Vuv6C5.png also you can use this link https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/ for how to build and homepage and how set it up.
