Homepage ia damaged after the update

I have just updated to new version of the template and i noticed the slider and everything else have been moved to the left, please help me! this is my site http://indietravel.net/
I already edit the homepage and set this template Homepage – Blanks http://screencast.com/t/QvUIoxiW -it is set like that, it seems something else is happening
