Please update the theme to the latest version of it, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page.

i have the same issue. homepage latest article settings field does not display when editing the page. for me it isn’t working in both classic and gutenberg editor. this happens only for a new site i’ve setup. for the old one it is still working as expected.

The option doesn’t work well if you use Classic Editor plugin. You’ll need to set Homepage Latest Articles template, update the page and then you will be able to see the settings.
Or you can disable Classic Editor plugin until you set the page settings.
We will better support Classic Editor plugin in the next update.
