Whenever I update my website, I always view it from mobile after. I noticed every time I view my website from my phone, the page does not update, but when I go back and view it on my laptop, the post is there. WordPress is not allowing me to download the Cache plugin to clear everything. Any. suggestions?

Try and refresh it 2-3 times, maybe your browser it takes more time to clear the cache until the post appears.
