I have enabled mobile theme on my newspaper X theme.
When I open my site https://uttertechnology.com on mobile it shows mobile homepage not AMP mobile theme home page all others pages are working fine. If select any other category.

Please make sure the Mobile theme plugin is installed and active.

I am facing the same issue and Yes I have installed all required plugins.
