HomePage not working on iPad

Hi,
I’ve a video on the homepage for the PC version. And for the mobile version I’ve a static image.
But neither the video is playing nor image is showing on the homepage when I use it on iPad.

Kindly have a look and help me to solve this issue. I’ll be happy even if it will show the static image as on mobile version.

Hi,

That video is playing only on desktop background, if you want you can set an image on mobile and iPad, you need set two rows, one with background video this one will be display on desktop and hide for mobile, and one with a background image , this one will be display on mobile and hide on desktop.

I already knew about that. And I have applied the image for the mobile version. But it’s not working on iPad.

Hi,

You need to apply the image on iPad too, the background video is playing only on desktop.
If there is still a problem, please provide me a link were I can take a closer inspection.
