Hello,
How do I remove the background featured image when I add the Homepage Post block to my frontpage?
Also, have the featured images display fully.

Hello,
Unfortunately if you do not want the background to be set as the homepage post element, you will have to use another element to show the 1 post as the homepage post does not have any alternative background options. You can use another block that uses a big thumb an filter it to show just the 1 post you want it to. Any block can be limited to show a single post if you want to. For example, you can use blocks: 13, 18, 20, 22 or 23
