Hi,

You can use block 3 for this layout and set it using page builder like this: http://screencast.com/t/oLXZlyumB6
Unfortunately you can’t set this layout for your latest articles section as even settings it at full layout you will get posts to be displayed on 3 columns at this is the basic layout of theme’s grid.
