Is there an option for having a block that you can scroll through horizontally, similar to Netflix, Prime Video, etc., with a smooth scroll? We have attempted to use the Revolution Slider add-on but found that it is not completely compatible with all browser options (especially older browsers and device versions).

You can try to use Flex Block 2 or Big Grid Flex, but it depends on what you want to display because those work to show posts and cpts.
