I am using Newspaper v6.5 on my website.

I have recently started to experience a problem on my website. A horizontal scroll is coming on the mobile website.
I have tried to check the settings of my mobile menu and it all looks fine to me.
I tried disabling all plugins and then checked the site but still the problem persisted.
The issue is coming on all pages Home, Category and Article Detail Page.
Please let me know how to fix this.
I am able to fix this issue myself.
There was a footer tag which was creating this trouble.

You probably have an ad or some custom image that stretches beyond the content of the theme. you will have to take a look at what is causing the scroll. It has to scroll to something. The scroll does not show up if an element does not go out of boundaries.

Is there still a way to have something scroll horizontally? For example if you had 5 or 6 stories that you wanted to scroll left or right on a mobile phone.

Hi, is it possible to create a block which is horizontally scrollable on mobile devices? It is a great way to help reduce the vertical height of dense pages.
