Hi, my website is required to have custom post types, and they work perfectly. But on submenu in header menu when I hover over subcategory it only shows default post types. I think that the problem is that posts(their thumbnails/links) are loaded using ajax, and I haven’t declared to show custom post types. How should I fix it?

If I understand correctly you want to show the custom post type in mega menu, unfortunately this is not possible for the moment, sorry!
