Just a question but the visual composer is included in the theme or I’ve to buy?

It’s included in theme. However, it’s a ‘bundle’ version, so you cannot ‘activate support’ from WP-Bakery, or get updates from them. It gets updated when theme updated, only. You can ignore the register/activate nag notice.
