How (and which plugin/widget) I can add for auto post on social media

Dear friends! I would like to do two things:

1- Want to know which social media share (Facebook, Twitter, TY etc) widget/plugin is good for my news articles/ posts.
2- How and which widget/plugin I can add to my WP website theme that can auto-post my posts/news articles on my social media accounts.
