How can i add script in my header ad

Hi,
I want to add the following code to my header ad
<script type=”text/javascript” src=”https://backend-ssp.adstudio.cloud/?c=b&m=s&placementId=134″></script&gt;

i add this snippet in the theme panel >> header ad. but the ad is not working

how can i add js to my header ad?
