Hi,

You have to add this line of code:
<?php echo $td_mod_single->get_social_sharing();?>

If you use other than the default post template you have to make this changes in this files: http://screencast.com/t/3chaBOow
You will get this result: http://screencast.com/t/GnqEEnnEQ0KG
