How can I change default font style to Microsoft Jhenghei (zh-HK)?

Hi folks

I am running a website (onlinemarketingsavvy.com) with contents mainly in Traditional Chinese and thus I want to change the default font style to “Microsoft Jhenghei” for all Chinese characters; whereas “Open Sans” for English contents/characters. Could you please advise me to do these settings? I was not able to figure out the way out.
