How can I change "section" color, not background?

I don’t know the name of the area.
They are called “section” in Divi builder different from the row.
Anyway, I find no way to change the color in tagDiv.

Hi,

In order to change that background color you need to edit the page/template with tagDiv Composer -> https://www.screencast.com/t/QqdCn9Wj
You need to set the background color to the row ( for each row ).
