Notice that the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change the block (header) template for entire the theme, sorry! You can change it for each block from the panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/PuyvLqzANvN Clear all the caches and check the results.

Hello bragavieirabraga,
I suppose that you want to create your own block header template, right? Notice that is not a simple task to do this. So, if you want to do this, first of all, you should register your block template in td_config.php like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Enwv63wPQw4 (example for block template 7) and then, after this was created here, you should start to customize it in style.css with your desired style, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/LjTP5xiq Itțs not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you becasue we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry! Another alternative, in this case, would be to target the whole class for block title, which is td-block-title -: https://www.screencast.com/t/jumM7zpo and then, using a custom CSS code you should start to customize it by your desire.
Thanks for your understanding!
