How can I change the h3 tag to h1 or h2 in the titles of flexblocks 6?

I want to change the h3 tag since I don´t have any h2 tag in my page.

If you have the last version of the theme, Newspaper v9.7.4 then you can use this option -> http://prntscr.com/olc9rh
