No when I browse the home page the URL is
http://www.glancecompany.com/home/
I want it to be http://www.glancecompany.com (without home)

The name of the homepage will be gone if you set it as a home page in wordpress. If you leave it as a simple page, then the name of the page will become the permalink depending on the permalink structure you chose from the wp settings: https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks
Once you set the page as the homepage in your wp settings, the link to the page will be the site url: http://screencast.com/t/fC2IWHf6

If I select Static page .how can I show my other latest post ?

You can show anything you want on a static page. Either a list of all posts, or a list of specific posts or a grid or blocks etc.

Also start using visual composer a bit to get a feel of what can be created with it. Only through visual composer can the theme show it’s blocks and grids and other cool content.
