how can I create a custom template for this page?

I already created above 10 interview pages in placebrandobserver.com i need to change almost all interview pages to a new look how can I do it; can you help me?

You can customize it in the TagDiv Composer. There are a lot of elements that can help you achieve what you need.
Create and edit every page with the help of the Tagdiv Composer, or you can duplicate the page templates.
