How can I customize CATEGORIES in the TOP of the BLOCKs (near the block title)

Hi, where or HOW can I customize the CATEGORIES I want to display above the news in EACH block of information I display at homepage?
For example:

Actually, all my blocks of information display the SAME categories… and I need to SELECT some catories to each block (not for the content inside the block but the TOP ITEMS like links-menus on it… see link)

Hi argos,

It is possible this thing if you use the Ajax Filter from Block Settings in Visual Composer. First of all it is necessary to search the category ID ( http://screencast.com/t/8MsIhG8lQNWN ) you want to appear in the top bar and put it in Ajax dropdown field, separated by comas, like this: http://screencast.com/t/4hjjg2WjlYI
