How Can I disable Categories Page

Hi Guys,

I would like to block access to the category pages. As you can see in the images below. The main article is under category. I would like it to remain in the category but Disable the categories I have highlighted because I will not be using the category page.

How can I do this.

Hello,

Unfortunately you cannot disable the categories and still have the post in a category. WordPress does not work like that. If your post is added to a category then the post will show up in that category page. You can hide a category though from the per-category settings in the theme panel: https://www.screencast.com/t/Td3wAYXP

I have already hide the category on posts and page for all the categories but it still appears.

Hello,

The hide category will hide it from the category tags but it cannot hide the category from the breadcrumbs though. Sorry. In order to remove the category try to disable this option: https://www.screencast.com/t/veV8nS3uCg5
