How can I edit my widgets via the Editor/FTP?

Hi all

I cannot edit widgets using the customise tab by appearance as all that appears is a blank page: https://gyazo.com/78e730a9f0e0dd575abe95c518d06b27

I have experience with HTML, and was wondering where I can go to edit the live widgets at the side of my webpage?

I cannot update the theme as I do not want to lose my many custom changes.

Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can take a closer look at your widgets section. Also, provide more details with some useful screenshots about what exactly you want to achieve.
