How can i enable Google Rich Cards ?

Hi! there I’m using newspaper 8.7 theme, is there any built-in rich snippet? and how to enable them?
is there any plugin for rich snippets?

when I log in to my webmaster tools it says my rich card report like

“We did not find any rich card structured data on your website.
Rich cards are a good way to provide data to Google Search about events, products, or opportunities on your website. Rich card data can be displayed to users in a variety of formats on different devices and can help drive traffic to your website.”

can you please help me how to enable rich cards on my site

please help me we want to add rich cards on google search engine.
