That part is part of page template for that page you have set the Page Builder + Latest Articles + Pagination if you want to remove that latest articles change the page template to default -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/

For background on menu bar and space between main menu you’ll need to use the header builder https://tagdiv.com/whats-new-in-newspaper-theme-9-5-update/
Unfortunately for block 15 you can not set individual color, only if you are using flex blocks, if you want to use that block you’ll need to set a custom css

I am getting this errors on error_log file (check bellow) (even if the website seams OK to me). BTW I have define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ ); on my wp-config.php
