I have just bought Newsmag theme (installed on http://upliftingview.com/), and I am trying to have on the home page rows that are full-width and others that are centered-fixed width.
Here is an example of something similar: https://localpumpkin.deliverybizpro.com/home.php
There you will see some rows are fullwidth with or without background, then some rows are fixed(constrained, centered) and then full width again.
How can I accomplish something like this with this theme? What do I have to edit or set?
The width of the page seems to be 1021px…Is there any way I can have full width elements (say 1920px) then 1021px then 1920px .. etc.?
I have searched for a solution for a few hours, and tried different things but nothing worked.

If you want to display the full-width your row, you should make your Row from Visual Composer to be the stretch, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/I3dQF2Cr. I did what you said and got no error, but my elements are still fix width on the center or fixed width on the left. Never full width. There must be some other constraint because when I look with firebug there are elements with fixed width like .td_block_big_grid_4.
If you want you can take a look at the site http://upliftingview.com/ now. The first 2 Visual Composer Elements are set to “stretch row and content” and you will see they have fixed width.
What am I doing wrong? I just used the ThemePanel and Add Page functionality from the back-end.

Please keep in mind that if you will use the full-width and stretch row, the Big Grid will not be displayed in full-width, sorry! Please keep in mind that our theme has not been designed to be displayed in full-width and do not have any such an option that allows you to change the width.
If you want to make your body be wider, you should increase the theme width and notice that our theme has not been designed to have a dynamic width, sorry! We do not recommend to increase it because you can break the theme layout. So, if you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
