How can i insert 320×50 Adsense?

Hi, im reading this article http://adsense.blogspot.ro/2013/11/improving-user-experience-with-new.html and i want to insert 320×50 adsense unit fixed to buttom on my web, but in Newspaper ads panel i dont see any option to fixed. Any suggestions?

@Alin it is not helped me. i mean i am looking like this website: m.haber7.com you can see at the bottom of the page. adsense banner is always on screen.

Hi,

Theoretically you could add the script anywhere on the page, depends where do you want the script to load.
Try to add it in the footer after the body tag and place it inside a div container the use css to pace the div container to the bottom of the page, like this: http://screencast.com/t/OzEhtzUN9F4s
