How can I insert a shortcode provided a plugin which I don't see any option

Hi, I tried to use the shortcode from a plugin, I used a custom HTML block, but it didn’t allow me to insert the shortcode, it is just printing the shortcode

Can you let me know how can I insert a custom shortcode?
