As you can visit my site you will see a widget on my front page just after Trending Now, on that widget I want to add first article as fixed for 2 days because of Black Friday how can I do that!

Hello,
You can simply add a new block in visual composer above the big grid and filter only 1 post in it using the post ID filter. Our blocks will ignore sticky posts as they will break the layout of the block, but you can create a new block and have only 1 post added to it.

I have visited there but I didnt found anything like I want to show one only article as featured article just after the Trending now, I have selected one article using Big Grid 10 but after the one box there are two blank box.
Just just one featured article on front page which can cover the area without any gap!

You should n ot use big grid element to show one post. Here are a couple of potential blocks that will show 1 post in an elegant manner:

As you can see there are plenty of blocks to choose from. Big grids do not work well with fewer posts as it;s a static grid.
