How can i make the widget sidebar on a page?

I need that because a design problem, you see i need a hero section above content and sidebar as you can see in the screenshot below, thank you!, i know i can use elementor but i want to avoid the extra weigth, still a local project,

Hí Catalin thank you for the quick response, i have the smart sidebar on since the beggining of the project, also i don’t use any google adsense at the moment but still can’t get the sticky work, and i also checked that sticky is on over the column holding the widget sidebar here i add some captures to make more visual the situation, thank you very much for your help.

friend, i used screenshots to show some facts because i don’t like spinning arround with the staff, i have done everything you suggested even before i come to forums, i telled days ago that this is a local install yet, i can’t tell my client to set online something they don’t consider a finished work, i don’t use anything alse but everything packed in the .zip of this theme, ¿what can we do?
