How can I remove this text when no ads appear?

I want to ask how to remove this text when the ads is appears? and this text appears only when the ads is available?

Hi,

You can remove the ad title text if needed, either in the theme panel where available

Or as you edit the page with the composer – https://www.screencast.com/t/THC1fpbbG7
If the title fields are empty the ads will have no title.
