How can we create and add between paragraphs a “call to action” like the one that it’s shown in the picture. Explanation: We just one a divisor at the top and at the bottom of the message, like it’s shown in the foto, and then two frases, just like the foto, and we want the second one to be clickable.

Unfortunately this can’t be done using the features from Newspaper theme. For in posts edit you will have to use the tools provided by wordpress.

If you set it in post, the theme will automatically render it. For this you will have to check on what options are available in the classic editor or gutenbder. Or try HTML options too.
