hi,
how create banner fix on top when scrolling down, this technique usually called afix on bootstrap
from the demo here http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ it works but i have try on my website, this dont work

just for information, the problem has been fixed, i have to enable option “smart sidebar” on the theme panel > template setting page
