These have always been a tiny bit of a mystery to me as I dont quite understand how they work. It looks like I followed all the instructions when I setup my theme and the only place that there seems to be settings that might relate is under the social counter (but that has changed now, Im assuming due to facebook changes).
Is there something on how this works, how it is setup and how to view your facebook likes with how it works now with the changes driven by facebook I assume?

If you are referring to the Facebook like button displayed in the post pages, it is the this button

It will count likes received on the post page, and it should also take into account likes received after sharing the post on Facebook. That would be all it can do.
