How do I add A Post Category in the post Excerpt

I would like to know how to add a post category to my excerpt on the home page. Preferably in the title area.

Hi,

You have to copy get_category function to module that you want to appear categories – http://screencast.com/t/o1umsNHNb and echo categories where you want to display.

Also will be added an option in Theme Panel to display categories on modules/blocks from version 5 of Newspaper.
