Looking to simply add my image, name and small blurb to the author box. I do not see any options to upload when I choose to edit whatever page it appears on.

The author box will set your user name and image, also you can choose the use by setting the user id -> http://prntscr.com/pcqrwm -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rgbaLCesOra

I must be doing something way off because I’m trying to follow these steps and nothing pops up in that window. No matter what links I put in there.
