How do I change background color for block headers in the sidebar?

I can’t seem to find where I can change the background color and border color of the block headers in the sidebar that shows – popular posts, popular categories, my favorites, etc.
The color changed for the main blog post content (Related Articles and More from Author) but not in the sidebar.

Hi,

Try the general setting in the theme panel

That setting will affect all block headers including widgets, coloring them with the color you set. If it’s not working, please provide a link to your website so I can take a look.
