How do I change the background color of my website?

I tried to change the background color of my website but it doesn’t seem to work!

I tried what was displayed in here: https://www.screencast.com/t/bhmQACQ0

My website is http://www.attractionboss.com

I want to change that white background on the sides to black.

Hi,

That is because you have a background image set here: https://www.screencast.com/t/EPDU4047L
A background image will always override the color.
