I was using the theme I bought from another portal a while ago and it says that it is licensed, but the fact is that I just bought it from Themesforest and I want to put the license that I acquired because I can’t find a way to remove the other one, I already tried to install the theme and keep the other active

You can reset the key from System Status -> https://i.imgur.com/gKa1F1J.png
To be able to assign a new license to a website, please make sure the status is inactive, ie Unassigned on that website, reset the key and set the new license, on the website.
