Hello!
If you use responsive version, then edit the homepage with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can change/remove the logo there.

If you use the Mobile Theme plugin, then you have some settings in the theme panel: https://prnt.sc/x09C3DVPyFAM
