I just want to disable the excerpt option, could you please tell me how to disable completely?

Not part of theme; the excerpt box is a built in feature of WordPress.
Likely need to Google that as it may require adding a function to your functions.php file to hide that on the post screen pages.
With some ‘user role’ plugins you can also hide that for all users except admin.
Theme does not control the visiblity of the excerpt box on the post edit page.
