How do i edit footer code??

hello, i had a javascript popup written into the footer of my site before i bought and installed newsmag. i need to edit the code in the footer and i can not find where to do that from wordpress admin… can someone please help? thanks.

I’ve started threads about this before but did not have my question answered as I am trying to edit the footer code from wp admin, not cpanel. is this possible?
